All,

This latest release of BASh is a tremendous step forward for this 4D
developer tool. The previous released version of BASh, v1.4.7, had a
meager 43 methods across 8 different modules. Though powerful, we knew
that the BASh component was capable of much more. Adding a larger
portion of our core code to the BASh component required a great deal of
cross-referencing to determine exactly which code to add for this next
release; making certain that the code added was essential to our future
commercial components was also a time-consuming task. As well, once the
design and programmatic work was complete, we then had to complete the
detailed documentation for all of the new code which was added.

But, we are now happy to say that this latest release of the BASh
component, v1.5.1, adds 90 new methods across 7 new modules. A few of
these new methods expand on existing modules (thanks PH) while most
provide significant groundwork in the functionality of the 7 new
modules.

All total, the v1.5.1 release of the BASh component consists of 143
methods across 15 modules!

The manual is over 180 pages long already and still growing!

And, like all previous releases, all of the code within the BASh
component is ready to use immediately. There are no compiler issues to
be concerned about; all of the variables are typed in compiler methods
for even the most stringent 4D developers. And, there are no
initialization issues to be concerned with. Just install the component
in your structure and start calling the methods within it. It is
_really_ that simple!

Obviously, this is still a work in progress. Watch for announcements
about updates which will become available, as we are continually working
on finishing off the documentation and adding new features to the BASh
component. Our current goal of at least one release a month of the BASh
component is right on track so far!

As you have come to expect from high quality software development firms,
Deep Sky Technologies, Inc., is committed to providing the support,
service, quality, and compatibility which any modern software developer
requires in their tools' vendors. Feel free to contact me at any time
if you have any questions or problems with the software in the BASh

Or, you can just call to chat about some of our current services we
offer or some of the new tools which we will be making available in the
very near future, like maybe our inability to count down here in
Florida...
