Netscape Navigator v6.x - File Mapping Setup

This page was done using Netscape Navigator v6.0, running in classic on MacOS X.

In order to set up Netscape Navigator v6.x to save PDF files, follow these instructions:

1. Select Edit...Preferences

2. On the left side of the window, click on Helper Applications

3. Scroll down the filed and look for application/pdf. If you find it, skip to step 5. If not, click on the New Type... button

4. Enter this information in the fields and click Ok

5. Select 'application/pdf' and click on the Edit... button

6. Select Save to Disk and click Ok
